From the seed of an idea, to a thriving community, the dream of A Fresh Chapter continues to expand.

The first half of 2016 has kept us on our toes. In March, we kicked off our fourth India Odyssey and then, in April, expanded to our first weeklong U.S. program (the LA – Phoenix Elemental Odyssey). By June, we had finalized our tribe for October’s Peru Odyssey program and we have an incredible group of 20 participants from around the world preparing to join us in Lima.

Then, just a couple of weeks ago, we held our first Strategic Planning Symposium in Los Angeles. With advisors, alum, and leaders in non-profit traveling from across the city to across the country, we gathered (virtually and in-person) for an action-packed 48 hours where we connected, challenged ideas, and set the course for the year ahead. The talent of the members of our tribe and the dedication they put into making it possible for more people to experience our programs is truly inspiring. And, the momentum is continuing to build.

So, although I haven’t had as much time to write as I would have liked, I am thrilled with the incredible stories on the horizon. Speaking of which…
