The Discover Series
For the next eight weeks, you will receive a message each week related to the following themes:
- Theme 1: What Meaning Do You Want To Create From Your Story?
- Theme 2: How Do You Want To Feel?
- Theme 3: What Is Vulnerability?
- Theme 4: How Might Expanding Your Perspective Enhance Your Life?
Each theme will last two weeks and will include short reading suggestions and a list of tools/resources for those of you who would like to dive in a little deeper. Not every resource will resonate with every person and it is not required for you to engage with all of them. We do encourage you to sample some of the resources as a way to help you think about your life and your future from a fresh perspective.
In addition, we will offer optional reflection prompts that allow you to explore each topic more deeply. So, now would be a great opportunity to purchase a new journal or explore online journaling options – depending on what medium you might choose for your reflection activities. We know how busy life can get, but if you can set aside 30-60 minutes each week, you will have adequate time to immerse yourself in the content. You are welcome to share your thoughts/insights with the rest of your tribe via the What’s App platform, or you can simply take some time to reflect over your morning coffee or on a walk at the end of the day.
It is 100% up to you how you choose to engage. You can scale up or scale down your involvement in the process. The content will live on our site, so you can come back to it whenever you might need it. This is your fresh chapter and you get to choose how you navigate the road ahead!
Thank you for joining us on this Odyssey. We’re grateful you’re in our tribe. Here’s to the adventures ahead!
Terri
